Burlap-Wrapped Planter

Work has been so busy! I've been getting home late every night and struggling to stay on top of everything I'm supposed to be doing. So where does shopping for gifts fall? Unfortunately, at the very bottom of the list.

Thankfully, I was able to plan ahead a bit so I am somewhat prepared for the craziness with a cute, SIMPLE gift idea.

I bought this little faux plant and printed burlap from Michael's. Combined with some twine, I created a cute wrapped plant that would spruce up any room or be great as a gift.

All I had to do was cut a square of burlap, fold it up around the planter, and tie a bow around it using a piece of twine.

So simple and quick but super-cute! This would be perfect for a Mother's Day gift.

  2. My kids would say, "why does it have a Saints logo on it?" Cool idea though. Maybe they'll want to use their favorite team's logos!

    1. So I guess this makes me a closet Saints fan?

Unfortunately, I have to go with the cliched "I just thought it was pretty"....
