When I saw these rolls of adorable hot pink chevron and polka dot burlap ribbon they went right into my basket. As I continued to wander through Hobby Lobby I came up with a game plan: Burlap-wrapped Easter/Spring Wreath.
I had this wreath in mind when I created the Pottery Barn Inspired Easter Eggs because I knew that blue would look good with the hot pink. And with the addition of a sweet bunny it would be perfect!
First, used a small dot of hot glue to glue the eggs into position on the branch. Then, I wired the branch to the wreath.
Next, I wrapped the wreath with chevron burlap. I was going to add a bow using the polka dot burlap ribbon but then I was afraid it would be too much. What do you think?
When Easter is over I'll remove the eggs and bunny and add a Spring banner and flowers to carry it over until Summer begins.
